Gofal Seibiant Care Ltd prides itself on recruiting care staff within the local areas we provide our service, those areas consist of patches within Anglesey and Gwynedd. We have an in-house dedicated recruitment team with extensive knowledge of the industry and have worked within the industry for over 30 years combined.

We always aim to provide a gold standard care for the communities we are involved with, there are specific requirements we will ask our candidates to meet before we are able to consider for any of the roles we are offering.

Essential requirements:

​

• All staff within in the company are required to obtain an Adult enhanced DBS.

• Two applicable references

  • First reference – Character Reference, this will be off someone you have known for over 12 months and not be a family member.

  • Second reference – Professional Reference, this will be off your current/previous employer.

​

Social Care Wales Registration:

​

• If this is not obtained, you will have to opportunity to obtain the SCW registration through Gofal Seibiant (subject to satisfactory probation outcome).

• We are unfortunate to assist with visa sponsorship.

• The right candidate will have good local working knowledge.

• Full UK Driving Licence (Maximum of 6 points)*

  • You will need to provide business insurance evidence.

  • *This is not required if you have applied for a “walking round”.

Desirable requirements

​

• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2

• Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 2

• Relevant qualifications, for example – First Aid, Manual Handling, Health and Safety (Full training is provided otherwise)
